Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Agra.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES We partner with India's leading courier partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express) to ensure safe and fast delivery.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee of ₹49 to ₹99 (calculated at checkout) applies to all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is non-refundable.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2 - 4 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 4 - 7 Business Days

  • North East / J&K / Remote Areas: 7 - 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, strikes, or severe weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will help you track your package.

4. ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently, Nutrinoplus® ships only within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.

6. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or phone number provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for the correct details.

  • A re-shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable to send the package again.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT If the outer packaging is heavily damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the package.

  • Ask the courier to mark it as "Refused due to Damage."

  • Immediately contact us at nutrinoplus2021@gmail.com with your Order ID so we can dispatch a fresh replacement.
