Refund policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO RETURNS) Due to the strict health, hygiene, and safety guidelines for dietary supplements and personal care products, Nutrinoplus® does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered. As per Indian safety standards for consumable goods, we cannot accept back any open or unopened bottles as we cannot verify the storage conditions once they leave our facility.

2. NO REFUNDS FOR "CHANGE OF MIND" Please review your order carefully before confirming. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • "Change of mind"

  • "Flavor preference" (Taste is subjective)

  • "Lack of results" (Individual results vary based on body type, diet, and consistency)

3. DAMAGED, LEAKING, OR WRONG ITEMS (The Only Exception) In the rare event that you receive a leaking, broken, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement. However, to prevent fraudulent claims, we have a strict verification process:

  • Step 1: You must email us at nutrinoplus2021@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Step 2 (MANDATORY): You must attach an Unboxing Video.

    • The video must clearly show the package being cut open for the first time.

    • It must show the seal condition and the specific damage/leakage.

    • Note: Without an unboxing video, no claims for damage or missing items will be entertained.

4. CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us. We will issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once a tracking number is generated or the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. REFUND TIMELINE (If Applicable) If a refund is approved for a cancelled order or a verified damaged product (where a replacement is not available), the amount will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
