Shipping & returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the strict health and hygiene standards for dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles. This ensures that every product you receive is brand new and has never left our controlled storage facility.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In the rare case that your package arrives leaking or damaged, we will replace it for free. You must email us at nutrinoplus2021@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an Unboxing Video. Without the video, we cannot process the claim.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE Shipping on all Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Netbanking) across India.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a small handling fee of ₹49-₹99 will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours from our Agra warehouse.
- Metro Cities: 2 - 4 Days
- Rest of India: 4 - 7 Days
- Remote Areas: 7 - 10 Days
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email. You can also visit the "Track Your Order" link in our menu to see live updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within India to ensure the fastest delivery times.

Are your products safe?
Yes. Nutrinoplus® products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities and are FSSAI Approved. We use high-quality ingredients sourced from certified suppliers. However, strictly follow the dosage instructions on the label
Is this medicine?
No. Our products are Nutraceuticals / Dietary Supplements. They are designed to support your nutrition and wellness goals but are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Where are your products made?
We are proudly Made in India. We combine modern science with Indian Ayurvedic traditions.
Can I see your certificates?
Absolutely. We believe in transparency. We are registered with the FSSAI (Lic No. 22721578000287)and legally registered under GST. You can view our certifications in the "About Us" section.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer free samples at this time. We recommend trying a single bottle to start, or purchasing a "Bundle Kit" for the best value.
